Excellent service every time

I’ve been a customer of D&D since I moved to Leesburg in 2015. They are extremely trustworthy with great pricing and always friendly. We have three cars maintained by them, and I won’t take them anywhere else. Even when they’re gone on vacation for a week, I will wait a week to make sure that our cars are maintained by them and no one else!

Had start up issues. They gave it a thorough series of tests to determine the issue. They identified the part and could even say that it was under warranty and where to go to get it replaced. They also contacted me by text message, which was a convenient and quick way of corresponding. They get the millennial customer service vote of confidence :0) wife said she got good vibes when she paid.
