about two years back i came in for an oil change and asked them to also look at my plastic undercarriage, which had gotten snagged on a branch on the road on a stormy day and had the plastic ripped apart. i told them that if need be, I'd pay for a new undercarriage but to let me know what they thought. they could easily have said it all needed to be replaced, and i would've gone along with it. instead, they wrangled it back together and didn't charge me an extra dime for it. I've been coming here ever since. great customer service and fair prices
