*update* I am updating my review because they emailed me a day later admitting to a communication issue with the front and the mechanic. They fixed my car and refunded me he money, saying they don't want to have anyone leave unhappy. I can truly appreciate that. This was my first time here. I came in to get something on my car fixed, knowing exactly what the problem was. I told them I was aware of the issue and I just wanted them to fix it. When I came to pick up the car, they said everything was working fine and that they fixed the issue so I paid $70 for a half hour of labor. When I got home, the issue was still happening. I then drove back to the shop to tell them that the car hadn't been fixed and they said "oh yeah, you need to buy the part." They never told me this when they handed me the keys the first time. So I asked why they didn't fix it, and they said that they "tightened" the screw but will have to order the part to fix it and I would have to leave my car overnight. Charging someone $70 to "tighten" a screw and provide a diagnostic for something that was already diagnosed is ridiculous. I will not be coming back. This was my first time here.
