Gaven said they did a good job. They did not overcharge him and it was done in a timely manner. They did a good job. The technician or advisors should give a pre-consultation call to the customers prior to doing the work. Once they have determined what the problem is they should let their customer know what is wrong and what needs to be done. She suggested they explain the cost of the repair. This way the customer is not totally taken aback and surprised.
