I dropped off my Durango on a Friday afternoon, before a three day weekend, was informed that they most likely would not be able to get to it until Tuesday, which was not an issue. Received a call around 9am on Tuesday from Richie explaining what they had found and the cost to repair. Their cost estimate was less than a third of what a different shop had quoted for the same work. Authorized them to make the repairs and they had it finished by the end of that day.
