I called two business's D&D and another in Downtown Leesburg. D&D got back to me within the hour and fixed my car the next day. They gave me multiple repair options and explained everything to me as it happened. The other company responded to my original email 3 hours after D&D had already fixed my car. D&D valued my time, my wallet, and my overall experience. I will be back and would recommend them to my family and friends.

I put in a receiver hitch for my wife's new Jeep Wrangler but couldn't finish the last bolt due to lack of clearance. Brought it to D&D and it was done in ten minutes-- and I made my wife happy :)

A worker named mike has a terrible customer service attitude, he is a racist and uses profanity without any shame. I wouldn't recommend anyone to have his car serviced there as long as mike works there.

The crew at D&D will definitely be my go to guys. They took care of my service as well as took the time to verify a couple concerns I had with my older model Jeep. Joe even suggested a great coffee shop not too far away that I could go to so that I wouldn't have to stay at the shop while I wait for my service to be done. I highly recommend D&D to everyone!

After weeks of research on the net and observation of my cars vibration problem, I wrote my 2 pages of findings, including detailed observation of what exactly is taking place when I'm driving. When I initially visited D&D to set up an appointment they read all of it! I set an appointment and they were able to repair my cars vibration and brake problem. The car drives like new. Thanks for reading, listening to what I wrote and said. I think I saved some money and made their job easier, something that I found not many people in the forums on the net with similar problems were able to say.It was the first time that I used them as I'm new in the area.
